What Our Clients Say
"Opener kept reversing halfway down. Turned out to be the safety sensors knocked out of alignment by a bicycle. He straightened them, wouldn't charge me for it, and just asked me to keep them in mind if I need real work later."
"Keypad stopped working, which I assumed meant a whole new system. It was the batteries and a reprogram. He charged me the minimum service call and told me how to do it myself next time."
"Logic board on a 15 year old opener. He was upfront that a new opener would cost less than the board plus labor, and he wasn't wrong. No pressure either way."
"Both cables had come off the drum and the door was hanging crooked. I'd watched a video and was about ten minutes from trying it myself, which the tech told me would have been a genuinely bad idea. Glad I called."
"The old chain drive sounded like a freight train through the bedroom above the garage. Went with the belt drive they recommended and now I genuinely cannot hear it open from upstairs."
"Fixed the spring properly and the door works fine. He did leave the old spring and some hardware by the side of the house, and I had to text to ask about hauling it off. They came back for it, just took a couple of days."
"Track was bent and two of the rollers were shot. He straightened what he could, swapped the rollers for nylon ones, lubricated everything, and had it done in about an hour."
